Job Summary

Hands-on and technically adept, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and launch a React Native companion app while collaborating with web, API, and design teams to enhance a cloud-native compliance platform in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and release of the React Native companion app, ensuring quality and reliability
• Collaborate with the web application team to implement new features across both mobile and web platforms
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve overall software delivery processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building and running production systems, particularly with React Native, React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Proven experience in shipping mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play
• Strong understanding of system design, reliability, and scalability in cloud-native environments
• Real-world experience with AWS and modern CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and building accessible web applications
