Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic engineering team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will build and scale web platforms, collaborating within an Agile SCRUM framework to enhance content management systems and drive technical decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to fulfill sprint commitments and improve processes
• Participate in technical decision-making and guide the implementation of the team's roadmap
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-performance web applications using Java, ReactJS, and NodeJS

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building and scaling web platforms with Java (or similar), ReactJS, and NodeJS
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and cloud solutions (preferably AWS)
• Proven experience driving project success in Agile environments
• Passion for coaching and mentoring team members
• Adept at identifying risks and thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
