Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on developing next-generation healthcare software, where the candidate will drive all phases of software development for a large consumer-facing application.

Key responsibilities

• Drive software development phases including requirements analysis, architecture/design, implementation, documentation, testing, and debugging
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate user needs into technical requirements and detailed architecture
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience developing Cloud Native applications/products on AWS, Azure, or GCP, or with Go/Golang or React + TypeScript
• Ability to communicate designs and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA
• Professional experience with modern version control systems like Git
