Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Payments & Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable payment processing systems supporting various payment networks
- Architect and maintain financial ledger systems ensuring proper accounting principles
- Develop automated reconciliation systems for transaction verification and account balancing
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with 3 years in distributed systems
- Strong expertise in Go and experience building microservices
- Deep understanding of financial transactions and payment processing systems
- Experience with ACH and SWIFT payment networks and their technical requirements
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles, including double-entry accounting and general ledger management
