Key Responsibilities

Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas
Improve systems for automatically scaling and healing database clusters
Lead complex technical projects and collaborate with product and design teams

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional software development experience
Experience in writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, etc.)
Familiarity with modern web application stacks (e.g., React, TypeScript, Enzyme)
Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven experience in launching and maintaining new modules in production
