Key Responsibilities

Guide technical efforts of a development team to support lab orchestration software
Create solutions that integrate lab orchestration with existing systems and automation platforms
Ensure best practices in software development and communicate project progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Relevant education (BS/MS) in computer science, software engineering, or operations research
5+ years of software development experience with team leadership and project management
Experience developing or customizing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Proficient knowledge of Python, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
Understanding of laboratory procedures, including Next Generation Sequencing
