Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead and contribute to project planning and delivery in a fullstack role with a focus on backend engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring technical strategy aligns with team goals
• Engage in the full product life cycle, collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, designers, and data scientists
• Improve engineering and product organization by mentoring, contributing to technical guilds, and enhancing team processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of industry experience as a full stack engineer
• At least 1 year of experience with Ruby on Rails
• At least 1 year of experience working on a large, complex web application with React
• Experience designing and leading large technical projects for engineering teams
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without Visa sponsorship
