Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to execute product and business strategies
• Lead the full development cycle including design, development, testing, and launch of backend components
• Contribute to team roadmap and technical direction while ensuring system performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in back-end server languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C++
• Experience in building and scaling high-quality, high-traffic products or systems
• Ability to mentor junior developers
