Job Summary

• Work across the software stack on the core Occupancy Intelligence Platform
• Drive core customer-facing features, including visualizations and analytics
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software design, development, and delivery
• Expertise in Ruby/Ruby on Rails or similar server-side technologies
• Extensive experience in building APIs and managing high-volume data
• Strong skills in debugging, testing, and writing well-documented code
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
