Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the success of a user interface and backend used by thousands, focusing on eliminating user pain points
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to determine features and support for key stakeholders
• Write clear documentation for users to effectively integrate the Console with their environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience with Go
• Strong understanding of at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working in an enterprise startup
• Strong sympathy for user experience and pain points
• Experience diving into large, unknown domains to drive projects to success
