Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Digital Experience Analytics team remotely in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, architect, and build complex features based on customer feedback
• Architect and scale systems to support high-volume requests, while maintaining and troubleshooting production environments
• Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in engineering processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives and making architectural decisions
• Ability to mentor and foster a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with experience in Go programming
• Fluency in English for collaboration with US-based teams
