Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using Python and TypeScript
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements for a better developer experience
• Independently manage complex projects and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures, Elasticsearch, and Kafka
• Knowledge of database systems and proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus
• Familiarity with modern front-end development practices and web performance optimization
