Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Staff Software Engineer, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for products, projects, and features focused on back end systems and APIs
• Host architecture discussions and design reviews with the team
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust code for the data platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) with 12+ years of software development experience
• Experience with data-intensive applications and data streams processing
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Experience in advanced development, especially in distributed systems deployed at scale
• Working knowledge of Linux systems, Docker, and Kubernetes
