Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (React).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the writing, modifying, and quality assurance of complex software application programs
• Partner with multiple vendors to create estimates and delivery plans for projects across an application family
• Lead teams to resolve urgent production incidents and implement process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 - 10 years of experience
• Complete understanding of technical principles and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Familiarity with the health care or PBM industry and vendor partner models
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
