Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (US Federal) to enhance UI Platform backend services for FedRamp customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize web application servers within air-gapped U.S. cloud regions (AWS, GCP)
• Collaborate with software development teams on UI platform features
• Partner with the Federal Cyber Defense team to ensure security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
• 5+ years of server-side development experience using Java/Kotlin
• 3+ years of experience in designing features with a focus on non-functional requirements
• 3+ years of leading technical initiatives within a team or department
• Experience in technical mentorship and managing cross-team dependencies
