Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (U.S. remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client business requirements and troubleshoot solutions with stakeholders
Deploy updated code and manage bug fixes and feature additions in the Java codebase
Document errors and manage multiple error resolutions efficiently

Required Qualifications:

Familiarity with Java programming language and expert-level knowledge of SQL/Postgres
Experience with AWS services such as Cloudwatch, S3, ECS, SQS, Lambda, and Docker
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience
Experience working in an agile team environment
Self-directed with the ability to contribute with minimal supervision
