Key Responsibilities

Guide technical efforts of a development team to support lab orchestration software
Create solutions that integrate the lab orchestration system with existing systems
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and support production issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Relevant education (BS/MS) in computer science, software engineering, or operations research
5+ years of software development experience with project management skills
Experience developing or customizing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Proficient in Python, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
Understanding of laboratory procedures including Next Generation Sequencing
