Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Application Software Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop maintainable software applications in a collaborative team environment
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Lead process improvements and technical initiatives while mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree AND 5 years of professional software development experience, OR a High School Degree AND 10 years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of professional software development experience preferred
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, .NET Blazor)
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
