Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide complex technical support to data processing systems and enhance related software and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications through system enhancement
• Collect data related to user requests and analyze business and programming specifications for accuracy
• Provide technical support to production systems and draft documentation for operational purposes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex SSIS/SSDT packages
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle for database object coding and development
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and external reporting data
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis
