Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Foundations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop foundational modules and tools for a consistent user experience across the platform
• Take ownership of major initiatives and contribute to the planning of quarterly roadmaps
• Mentor junior team members and participate in customer calls to understand user needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native
• Ability to work autonomously and influence requirements definition
• Experience in code review and providing feedback to peers
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior engineers
