Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Engineering Lead/Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 engineers in developing scalable systems for government services
• Collaborate with government partners to architect, implement, and deploy new systems and improvements
• Participate in hiring activities and support production systems through an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment
• Minimum of 3 years managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Experience working with AWS for at least 3 years
• Familiarity with large-scale data services in healthcare, such as FHIR/HL7
• Proficient in a variety of technologies including Angular, Go, Java, and Python
