Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Developer Productivity, Poe (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand tools to enhance efficiency for product developers, focusing on front-end capabilities
• Contribute to building and maintaining reusable UI components and front-end abstractions
• Collaborate with product teams to identify pain points and improve developer workflows

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience with large-scale codebases, particularly web applications and front-end architecture
• 4+ years of experience building APIs used by large teams
• 2+ years of experience working with React and GraphQL
• Experience with NextJS, Relay, or similar modern web frameworks
