Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who provides technology solutions and integration services in core banking and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide development leadership on emerging payments platforms and drive department best practices
• Supervise release processes and perform impact analysis of proposed changes on existing architecture and technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• System development experience for medium to large-sized enterprise projects
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, OpenShift, and Terraform
• Strong proficiency in design and development of distributed systems, including experience with Node, React, Java/J2EE, and Restful Webservices
• Experience with Agile projects and knowledge of day-to-day Agile routines
