Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Billing and Payments).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain billing and payment systems with high precision
• Extend integrations with payment gateways and marketplaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly payment experiences

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar)
• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience with billing systems, payment processing systems, or payment gateways
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of transaction lifecycles, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud detection
