Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Query Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and improve the functionality of the query engine
- Contribute high-quality C++ code and participate in code reviews
- Design, implement, test, and support new features related to query performance and integration with other products
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in computer programming
- Experience with databases and/or data management systems is a plus
- Hands-on experience building industrial-strength software
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in database query engines; hands-on experience or advanced degrees in the domain is a plus
