Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise and ownership of contributions to the application code base
- Mentors junior engineers and assists in their skill development
- Diagnoses and resolves issues with owned systems, driving improvements in processes and practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Expert level experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience in JSON Schema, Database/Postgres, and Redis/Sidekiq
- Experience with high-traffic systems requiring tradeoffs for bulk operations
