Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the realization of key infrastructure components including build systems, CI/CD, and test infrastructure
• Optimize performance and usability of developer workflows throughout the development pipeline
• Collaborate with engineers to identify pain points and deliver solutions across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Fluency in at least one major programming language, with the ability to switch between multiple languages and frameworks
• Experience working on a developer infrastructure team or related open source projects
• Ability to rigorously break down complex problems and understand necessary tradeoffs
• Strong interest in improving developer infrastructure and ecosystem throughout one's career
