Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive execution of complex technical projects end to end
• Build mission-critical backend services that deliver value to customers
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a complex technical stack

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in designing, building, and supporting backend systems
• Strong programming skills in a major programming language (e.g., Java, Go, C/C++, Python)
• Deep curiosity for distributed systems and storage systems
• Experience in driving operational excellence for large production services
• Strong sense of customer centricity and teamwork
