Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead and scale a high-performing backend and DevOps engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications from development through deployment and operation
• Guide the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing responsibility
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and backend development with Java and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD tools
