Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain key features of their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering with a focus on product development
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and full stack development
• Proven track record of successful delivery of product features from planning to completion
• Solid product and analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and assess technical feasibility
