Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Data Platform) to join their Data Platform team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend systems using Python for data platform engineering
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Kafka and other streaming technologies
• Build and optimize APIs for integration between internal teams and external systems

Required Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Sanic)
• Solid experience with data technologies, including Kafka and API development
• Understanding of systems design and distributed architecture
• Experience with full-stack development, including familiarity with React Native
• Track record of building scalable backend systems for data processing
