Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a financial services organization in a remote contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices using modern JavaScript technologies
Build and document REST APIs from scratch, ensuring alignment with OpenAPI specifications
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile ceremonies and CI/CD processes

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript technologies such as Node.js, Express, and React
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
