Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their BaaS team, focusing on partner onboarding and platform enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
• Support engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices in CI/CD and testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing secure and standards-compliant code
• Proficiency in languages/platforms such as C#, .NET, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms and familiarity with DevOps and Agile Scrum methodologies
