Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides input into the architecture and design of the product, collaborating with the team to solve problems
• Practices paired programming and test-driven development while writing software and building products
• Establishes continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and provides support for software products in user environments

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in a specific business domain and accountability in at least one technology stack
• Experience with full stack development, including frontends (web or mobile) and backend services
• Proficiency in test-driven development and agile methodologies
• Ability to coach junior team members in various technologies and XP practices
• Participation in iteration planning and retrospectives for team improvement
