Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Clinical CMS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support genetic scientists by providing relevant information and decision-making solutions in R&D projects
• Establish and automate a knowledge extraction pipeline for scientific publications
• Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to design and implement biomedical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Ph.D. with 6 years of experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or life sciences
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relational databases and web development frameworks
• Solid biomedical knowledge and experience with literature and information analysis
• Experience in text mining, natural language processing, or machine learning/AI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis technologies
