A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Core Open-Source (frontend/fullstack).

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects across marimo's open-source ecosystem, focusing on frontend, servers, and editor extensions
• Design interactive experiences in the marimo editor and build scalable data visualizations
• Engage with the community to triage issues and understand user needs while balancing team objectives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Typescript and experience building modern React applications
• Experience with AI engineering, including MCP and agents
• Proficiency in Python or a willingness to learn
• Experience working on open-source projects
