Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain .NET-based back-end services for genomics and clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs for genomic workflows and clinical applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into maintainable code and participate in Agile and DevOps practices
• Maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues through log analysis and root cause evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering and experience coding in high-level languages such as C, C++, Java, or C#
• Experience with software development life cycle best practices, including coding standards and source control management
• Familiarity with Agile software development techniques and modern application development frameworks
• Strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions
