Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve backend and full-stack systems for customer self-serve flows and internal tools
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices that support complex post-booking journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance customer experiences and agent efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
• Strong technical background in modern frontend and backend development, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Ability to break down complex problems and make pragmatic tradeoffs
