Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and improve backend and full-stack systems for customer self-serve flows and agent tools
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices that support complex post-booking journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features enhancing customer experiences and agent efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly with large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
  • Strong technical background in modern frontend and backend development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
  • Ability to break down complex problems and ship iteratively
