Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Guest Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain guest experience products, including guest communication and support tools
Monitor releases, troubleshoot issues, and utilize Datadog for system performance diagnosis
Collaborate with the Product team to refine technical requirements and ensure smooth deployment

Required Qualifications

7+ years of full stack development experience
Strong skills in React, with experience in Python or a similar language
Experience in a B2B environment, with B2C experience being a plus
Familiarity with GraphQL, Apollo Client, and TypeScript
Experience with monitoring and debugging web applications using Datadog or similar tools
