Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-impact project execution aligned with company strategy
• 3+ years of experience in developer experience, infrastructure, or platform teams
• 3+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems and developing reliable systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud providers like AWS and GCP
• Proven ability to lead technical projects requiring cross-team collaboration
