Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Agentic / AI Insurance SaaS).

Key Responsibilities

• Build applications using a spec-first, multi-agent workflow in Cursor, ensuring high quality through automated refactors and policy checks
• Contribute to a unified claims platform by collaborating with data science and engineering teams to develop a scalable web application
• Design, build, and maintain backend REST servers that support machine learning and business intelligence data for the frontend

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong background in Python development
• Extensive experience in the full feature development life cycle, including database design and UX collaboration
• Proven success with agentic coding tools like Cursor AI
• Experience in designing and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios
• Ability to adapt between rapid prototyping and stable production development
