Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, and testing software applications for underwriting business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure solutions and review pull requests while collaborating with application teams
• Participate in scrum teams, engaging in all aspects of the agile development process
• Coach and mentor developers, promoting a knowledge-sharing environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or an Associate degree with equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience with XML/Xpath, SQL, .Net, and object-oriented design/programming
• Ability to work with onsite and offshore teams in a hybrid model
• Experience with agile development teams is preferred
