Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building web-based applications, particularly in Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience in AI engineering, learning platforms, or data analytics is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and lead architecture for complex systems
• Deep knowledge of secure software development practices and scalable multi-tenant systems
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices
