Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their Benefits Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform
• Mentor peers and support live applications with a focus on continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies including C#, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with modern RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with ASP.NET RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
