Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement software systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements GraphQL APIs for unified data access across systems
• Leads the development of semantic API architecture and establishes data governance practices
• Mentors junior engineers and develops documentation for semantic API patterns

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, with 3-5 years focused on API architecture
• Expert-level proficiency in GraphQL and AWS AppSync, with at least 5 years of AWS cloud experience
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python for data processing and Lambda functions
• Strong background in data architecture and database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and advanced Git practices
