Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to lead multi-component projects and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of multi-service features and systems
• Define and enforce testing strategies across the stack
• Act as incident commander for medium-severity production incidents

Required Qualifications

• Expert in a primary programming language and competent in two or more others
• Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Strong experience designing APIs and distributed systems
• Mastery of testing best practices and quality standards
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
