Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new features, improve user experiences, and fix bugs in a mature SaaS application
• Review PRs and mentor team members on best practices and standards
• Collaborate with the Implementations Team to design technical solutions based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript
• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and the FinTech domain is a plus
• Strong understanding of programming patterns and software architecture
• Experience in mentoring and collaborating with team members
