Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (Application Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core features of the enterprise performance management SaaS platform
• Architect and implement robust and scalable backend solutions, ensuring performance, security, and data integrity
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development
• Expertise in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go, and experience with microservice-based architectures
• Strong understanding of backend architecture patterns and RESTful API design
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services relevant to backend operations
