Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring uptime and performance through incident management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD and DevOps initiatives, contributing to automation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in production support
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure
- Experience in application debugging and analyzing logs using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
